Melinda (Mindy) Higby joined ABL Law after working with two top tier law firms for over thirty years as a litigation paralegal. Many of those years were spent assisting some of the most accomplished trial attorneys in the state, litigating cases in both federal and state court representing clients in legal disputes relating to medical malpractice, transportation, banking, construction, labor and employment, and general business.
She has also been part of distinguished trial teams representing high-profile clients on a pro-bono basis regarding juvenile crime and prisoners’ rights. Through those many years, she has developed an abundance of valuable, practical trial experience which she brings to bear for the clients of ABL Law.
Mindy is also responsible for the business management of ABL Law and assists the team by supporting the needs of a growing and very busy law practice, while maintaining a personal commitment to every client.
Mindy is married and she and her husband, Mark, have two sons. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, watching college football, traveling, showing and enjoying her Irish setters.
