Tucker Joined ABL in 2023. While attending law school at Florida International University College of Law, Tucker was selected by the United States Air Force for their Graduate Law Program. Upon graduating from law school, Tucker also earned a commission as an officer in the Air Force through the University of Miami ROTC. Tucker served with Air Force Special Operations Command in New Mexico, and later with the United States Space Force near Cocoa Beach, Florida. 

During his time in the Air Force, Tucker advised military leaders on international law, the law of war, and criminal law. He also gained experience in estate planning and contracts and tried multiple criminal cases and administrative disciplinary hearings.

No stranger to the First Coast, Tucker attended the University of North Florida, where he graduated cum laude with a BA in Broadcast Journalism, and minors in Mathematics and Business Management. Tucker was also a pitcher for the Ospreys on the UNF baseball team from 2005-2009, earning All-Academic Honors for the Atlantic Sun Conference.  Prior to starting law school, Tucker taught AP Calculus and other mathematics courses for Duval County Public Schools at Baldwin Middle-Senior High School, and coached baseball, softball, basketball, and football.

Tucker was an executive editor for the Florida International University Law Review, and earned three Book Awards for earning the highest overall grade in those respective courses.  Tucker also served as a teaching assistant for FIU Law School’s Legal Writing Department and was a research assistant for FIU’s First Amendment Law professor.
